Our studio is available to rent for Art Shows and Private Events. The space is 780 sq ft and has a sheltered garden of equal footage, (weather permitting). The storefront faces onto Bathurst St and has 2 raised bay windows for display. Meter parking is available on the street according to posted time periods. There is a small kitchenette with fridge / coffee maker, microwave and bar service island. Some furniture / props may be available depending on your requirements.
The entry to the studio is wheel chair accessible but unfortunately our bathroom is located in the basement area.
A rental agreement is required and any licensing is the responsibility of the renter. We have a basic fee outline but in some cases we are able to tailor the cost to the event depending on our involvement.
Hourly – 40.00 ( 4 hour minimum)
Daily – 280.00 (based on an 8 – 10 hr day)
Art Show Gallery Rental – ( Thursday to Sunday) 780.00
